Joe has been litigating cases in North Carolina since 2006 and has tried cases to verdict in nine counties, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His practice focuses on complex business litigation, property and contract disputes, fiduciary and estate litigation, and personal injury. Joe has also handled appeals in the North Carolina appellate courts, and he has experience resolving cases in mediations and arbitrations.

Joe enjoys reading, working in the yard, and spending time with his family when he is not working.
